It is mandatory for each passenger to truthfully complete the information on the electronic Ticket for the General Immigration Office, the General Customs Office and the Ministry of Public Health, according to dominican laws 285-04, 115-17, 72-02 and 226-06.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">HOW TO FILL OUT THE E-TICKET FORM:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Visit the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/eticket.migracion.gob.do\/Auth\/TravelRegister\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">E-Ticket Submission<\/a><\/span> form link.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Fill out the requested fields.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Click on Submit at the end.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If you already have submitted an application, click access and use your application code to enter. Save that number so you can enter the form anytime as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If you are traveling as a family, you can add everyone traveling together, so no need to fill out individual Electronic Tickets for each one. The group registration is for up to 7 people.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong> The Unique Customs Declaration is only required for adults (18+ yrs old). Once you finish, a QR code is generated, click on the PDF button to save it.
